Extremely dissatisfied with the service. First of all in the website there is written that the therapist speaks several languages but it is not true. My therapist does not speak italian as reported in the website but she can only undesrtand basic italian. Second of all I feel totally scammed. they scheduled an appointment that I did not request and they have a 48 hours policy to cancel the appointment BUT THEY SEND THE REMINDER 24 HOURS BEFORE. sO YOU ARE BASICALLY OBLIGED TO PAY YOUR VISIT OR OTHERWISE YOU NEED TO PAY 150 DOLLARS. The therapist plus did not help with your mental struggle at all

Dr. Pham has helped me become a better person and perhaps the best version of myself (although that's a continuous work). Dr. Pham was a very nice person in the 2 sessions I had. I Mark one star off because there is no on site parking in the downtown office.
