Although the storefront is located in Lincolnton, the company provides in-store, onsite, and remote technical support to Vale, Maiden, Iron Station, Denver, and other surrounding areas. Randy's interests in computers date way back when he was 13. He took a desktop computer apart and put it all back together in his attempt to fix a problem. His interests in computers continued on as he acquired certifications and education while he was in the United States Marine Corp. Randy later worked as Chief Information Officer for a multinational organization based in New York.
