If you only need emergency clean up - use. DO NOT USE for rebuilds, repairs. They have very poor management skills in major rebuild projects.

I've been working with Steam Team Austin for all of my 7 years in the apartment industry. However, I became more involved with this incredible supplier in the last year as a new manager and especially with the destruction from TX winter storm Uri. A restoration team is not typically a supplier you want to have to become close with, as it usually (not always) means some sort of devastation or emergency occurred. However, in these moments of fire, water, biohazard and more - there's no team I'd trust more. I cannot sing enough praises for the Austin division of Steam Team, specifically Wes, Ashtynn

The entire experience with The Steam Team was great. From the initial phone call that was answered with a cheerful voice, to scheduling, to the call letting us know the technician was on the way, to the care the technician showed for our home, our things, and our carpets, and the final job getting our carpets looking like new is worthy of sharing in a review. Yes we'll be using The Steam Team again for our needs and happily recommend them.

Perfect service and high quality work completed! I recently purchased an investment property in Kyle, Tx and only had about 48 hours to get the carpets cleaned before the tenants moved in. The previous owners had two dogs and you could still smell them upon entering the house. I really didn't think I would be able to find a company who could be out there so quick but The Steam Team did not disappoint.
I called them up on a Thursday afternoon and they had the job completed by Saturday morning! Not only were they super responsive but the quality of the work was also top notch. The carpets look brand
