Dan took care of setting up much of the work and then submitted the rebates, making it a breeze for the homeowner. When all was said and done, the rebates received covered much of the expenses incurred and now our energy usage is noticeably reduced. Dan was able to provide an easy to follow energy audit, took the time to show me where critical areas were in my home, and directed me on which improvements to focus on. With this information I was able to get a nice rebate to further improve upon my home. He was also prompt in checking up on me as I got close to my deadline to ensure that I didn't miss out and was able to make a quick appointment to get things finished up. Definitely worth the time and investments.

Dan is very easy to work with and is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. Dan recommended we make a couple minor, relatively inexpensive improvements to our home. After insulation was added to our attic, we've noticed a huge improvement in the comfort level and consistency of temperature throughout out home. We were able to reduce our air leakage by 27%. We will certainly see the savings on all our utility bills, too (~19%). I would recommend Dan of Home Performance Experts to anyone!

Dan has done home audits for me and has always been very professional, courteous and clean. He explains what he's doing and why. The report that he supplies at the end lists very clearly what I can do myself to help decrease my utility bills. His communication and response time is very fast. Dan is very professional and an expert in his field. Dan did a home energy audit on my home and found a major issue with my ventilation that the builder must have overlooked. Once the problem was corrected my HVAC started working properly for the first time in 10 years. Per Dan's recommendation additional insulation was added to the attic and the available rebates ended up paying for it. My house is now warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Dan is passionate about Energy Efficiency! He completed a thorough "blower door" air leak test on my home in conjunction with a thermal camera to find trouble spots. He located which doors and/or windows leak air. He completed the energy improvement repairs and added insulation to my attic. Dan completed and submitted ALL the rebate paperwork. So, these improvements only cost me few hundred dollars.

A+! Dan performed an energy audit on our house over a year ago, and was very knowledgeable and professional. In addition to pointing out things around the house that I could do for increased effecency. He did all the necessary paperwork for me to get a rebate on the additional insulation. Since then we have seen a 15% decrease in out monthly bill since previous years. I would recommend Home performance experts to anyone who wants to save money.
