My realtor Megan Walters contacted Joshua Hoyes with Bur Oak Home Inspections to complete the inspection for the house Im under contract for and he was there QUICK! He was professional and took time to explain the findings to me, answer any questions I had, and give a few suggestions on best way to fix the smaller issues. The report he emailed over was detailed and included photos as well as descriptions which was helpful. Highly recommend calling Bur Oak for your home inspection!

I had a great experience with Josh. He was very thorough and did a great job explaining what everything meant. As a first time home buyer he helped me identify what needed to be addressed, and what was just normal wear and tear on a house. I would recommend Josh to any one, and plan to use him the next time I need a home inspection.

This inspection was completed while we were 1,500 miles away. I was impressed with the precision, detail, and breadth of his review which turned out to be very helpful in negotiating the price of the house and the necessary repairs. Well established in the community. He came highly recommended.

I was moving into the area from out of town/state and did not have the availability to physical see or visit the property I was purchasing. Bur Oak Home Inspections was the perfect solution, his inspection provided me detailed feedback in an easy to view file with great descriptions. He checked items that I would not have known to check and can easily recommend his services for anyone looking for a home inspection.
