Best Realtor in Charlotte! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Greg helped us purchase our very first home in Charlotte, and 5 years later her helped us sell our home. He offers professional advice, he’s 100% trustworthy, and he knows what to do to make a deal happen. We love Greg, he's become part of the family! He helped us sell our first home and later build our "forever home" which a couple years later we decide wasn't forever. There was only 1 person we thought to call and help us just sell and find our great new home. The words thank you can't explain how grateful we are for everything hes done. However, hopefully we don't need to use him again anytime soon haha, but if we do we know who to call.

Roughly 24 years ago Greg helped me and my husband find our first home and he did an excellent job. Sadly my husband passed away last year and I decided to downsize, so I count my blessings that Greg is still in the business of finding families and individuals houses that meet their needs. Greg’s professionalism and experience truly shined throughout our recent buying experience. Greg set up automatic alerts based on the criteria we wanted and also provided insights in other features that we should consider as well. Additionally, Greg would call and text whenever he found a house that he found to be particularly attractive. Greg showed us dozens of houses and I was particularly impressed with his patience, where he correctly advised us on not putting offers in on houses that we almost settled on that in hindsight were not what we were looking for.
