The Guss, Kassel, Mauser and Sickels families share a common passion - to create wines that express the terroir and share experiences that highlight the natural beauty of the Ramona Valley. Trained in Bordeaux, and considered the pre-eminent winemaker in Mexico, Hugo d'Acosta brings to Milagro a philosophy that mirrors our own; wine should translate the tastes of the land in which its grapes are grown.

Our tale begins with family, blossoms with a love of wine and art, and becomes true with a shared vision for a magical property. In 2014, our families happened upon Milagro, a Ramona Valley estate of sculpted boulders, rich terrain and acres of vineyards. Here was a property rooted in the traditions of classic winemaking, warm tasting room gatherings and inviting orchards; all lovingly cultivated by the Sickels family and winemaker, Jim Hart.

Situated at 2,400' elevation and bathed in Southern California sun, Milagro enjoys warm days and cool nights, an idyllic climate for producing flavorful grapes. Our 110 acres includes drip-irrigated, drought-tolerant vines, with 11 different varietals, an organic farm, abundant fruit and nut orchards and a stunning crush house and wine cave.

Each year Milagro hand selects an array of wines that showcase the diversity and exceptional quality Milagro has to offer.

It is free to signup for our wine club. The only time we charge your card on file is when your allotment is about to become available, typically 1-2 weeks prior to the release party. We alert you prior to your card being charged and use the card we have on file with your account. Your allotment is typically charged 1-2 weeks prior to the release party (May and November).
