I have 20 years of experience in the Property Management industry along with being employed with A.T. Smith & Company for 18 years. I obtained my Colorado Real Estate broker license in 1997 and am a current member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) since 2005. I am currently working on obtaining my designation for a Resident Management Professional (RMP).
I pride myself on my knowledge of the rental market, rates, screening process and overall management operations. Most units that I manage consist of single family homes, small apartment buildings, townhomes and condominiums throughout the metro area. I enjoy the long-term relationships I share with my clients and the opportunity to provide to renters with well-maintained homes.
