Kimberly Burns is a licensed Colorado Real Estate Agent and has been a resident of Evergreen since 1990. She personally manages properties in our beautiful mountain communities as far west as Summit County. Kim loves the mountain life, enjoying camping, dirt biking and snow boarding with her two sons.

It is our goal to give the best possible service to the owners we represent and to our tenants for the time they're with us. Interview and screen potential tenants as to their credit history and residential references. Should problems arise with tenant who may be in violation of the lease, we take necessary action, including eviction.
