Last summer, we decided to try and buy a home in the super competitive Denver market. Brad was awesome about being up-front and honest about what we were getting ourselves into. We absolutely loved working with Brad Sawatzky to purchase our new home. When we were buying, the real estate market was crazy hot, so getting up-to-date listings, and quickly viewing new houses on the market, was really important. Brad was a rockstar in both of these areas. He also recommended an awesome lender at our bank, and had excellent communication throughout the buying experience (we pretty much pummeled him with text messages...and he didn't mind a bit). And, while getting ready to list our older house, we needed to do some fixes and repairs, and Brad had great recommendations for service
