Services
CNC Laser Cutting
Our CNC laser cutting service delivers precise, complex metal components with tight tolerances. Using advanced fiber laser technology, we cut materials up to 0.25" thick with exceptional edge quality. This non-contact process ensures minimal material distortion while maintaining dimensional accuracy for prototyping and high-volume production runs.
CNC Punching
We utilize Strippit CNC turret punch presses for high-speed, repeatable hole patterns and complex shapes in sheet metal. Our FC1000H30 and FC1000S machines handle material thicknesses up to 0.187" with automatic tool changers for efficient multi-feature processing. This service excels at producing consistent, burr-free components for electronics enclosures and industrial equipment.
Powder Coating
Our in-house powder coating facility features an 1800 sq ft curing area and 10'x8' industrial oven. We offer over 100 standard color options with textured and smooth finishes, plus custom color matching from physical samples. This durable, eco-friendly coating process provides superior corrosion resistance for both functional and decorative metal components.
Welding
Our certified welders perform precision TIG and MIG welding for structural and cosmetic applications. With expertise in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel alloys, we create strong, clean welds for enclosures, brackets, and assemblies. All welds meet industry standards for mechanical integrity and dimensional accuracy.
Hardware Insertion
We integrate threaded inserts, standoffs, and other hardware into sheet metal parts using precision press-fit and heat-set installation methods. This service ensures secure, permanent fastening points for electronic components, panels, and mechanical assemblies while maintaining flush surface finishes.
