Services
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services produce complex cylindrical components with tight tolerances using advanced multi-axis lathes. We handle bar stock materials up to 12" diameter, creating features like threads, grooves, and internal bores. With decades of experience in both imperial and metric standards, we deliver round components for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications with consistent quality.
CNC Milling
Our 4-axis CNC milling capabilities create precise prismatic geometries from solid stock materials. Through-spindle coolant systems enable deep hole drilling while maintaining surface finishes below 16in Ra. We produce complex flat components with features like pockets, slots, and contoured surfaces for electronics, semiconductor, and optical industries.
Surface Finishes
We coordinate specialized surface treatments through approved vendors including anodizing, passivation, and plating. Our quality control ensures finishes meet MIL-SPEC and ASTM standards for corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and cosmetic requirements. We handle both small batch and production-level finishing needs.
Component Modifications
Our team adds custom features to existing components through precision machining operations. We modify off-the-shelf parts with holes, flats, cutouts, and special features while maintaining dimensional accuracy. This service supports rapid prototyping and legacy component upgrades across multiple industries.
Assemblies
We provide complete component assembly services with strict adherence to torque specifications and documentation requirements. Our cleanroom-capable workspaces support assembly of sensitive parts for medical, aerospace, and semiconductor applications. We maintain traceability through all production stages.

These guys are great! John, who I am presuming is the boss, is a real nice guy, too. I had an obsolete car part that needed resurfacing badly. He placed it in this machine and in about a minute he had it done and ready to install, didn't even charge me, as it was a quick and easy job. Now I can put my old car back together without having to buy an expensive obsolete part! Thanks guys for making this possible!
