Services
Flame-Cutting
Our flame-cutting services handle carbon, low alloy, and alloy steel materials up to 6 inches thick. We offer beveling, straight line, circle, and shape cutting with tolerances between .063 to .125 inches. Projects range from low to high production volumes while maintaining compliance with ASTM, ANSI, and ASME standards.
Metal Forming
We provide precision metal forming using 225-ton and 350-ton CNC press brakes capable of 12-foot lengths. Our capabilities include creating complex shapes for structural components, architectural elements, and industrial equipment. This process ensures dimensional accuracy for applications requiring tight tolerances.
Welding Services
Our certified welders perform MIG, TIG, and inner shield welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. We handle structural connections, custom fabrications, and repair work while maintaining weld integrity through rigorous quality control measures. All welds meet industry-standard specifications.
Steel Fabrication
We fabricate custom steel components including channel stiffeners, angle clips, embed plates, and aluminum brake metal. Our process combines advanced machinery with manual expertise to produce structural and architectural elements for commercial and industrial applications.
Industrial Painting
Our painting services apply protective coatings including red oxide, zinc-rich primer, and custom colors. This process enhances corrosion resistance and extends component lifespan while meeting project-specific aesthetic requirements for visible structural elements.
