Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services utilize state-of-the-art software for precision manufacturing of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This tool-free process supports both prototyping and production runs with tight tolerances. Robotic Welding

Coil Springs
We produce all spring types including compression, extension, and torsion using 30 coilers and CNC wire forming machines. Our capabilities range from 0.010 to 0.5-inch diameter wire with secondary operations like heat treating and shot peening. This ensures durable springs for both small and large quantity orders.
Gasket Manufacturing
We manufacture gaskets from over 20 materials including rubber, silicone, and metal alloys. Our 20+ production machines create custom seals for extreme temperature and pressure applications. Hot compression testing ensures proper sealing performance up to 2000 PSI for critical industrial and automotive uses.
Four-Slide Forming

On time and top quality custom work. I personally know now why they are the biggest and best sheet metal manufacturer in the USA. I can't remember the last time my business place and order and had it go from start to delivery go without any issues.
