Lovely staff that are always catering to your needs. The convenience of an in house pharmacy with discounted prescriptions is a real plus.

Incorrect coding lead to insurance denied for $600 lab work. Spoke with the office 5 TIMES but nothing has been done. Even left a message for the Director/Administration staff but NO return call as I requested. BEYOND FRUSTRATED.

If you want to see a perfect example of a completely incompetent, toxic, fragmented and authoritative management style, THEN COME TO NORTH GEORGIA HEALTHCARE CENTER, because that is exactly what you will see. This place is an absolute joke. The management has lost two lawsuits under this facility due to mismanagement. Never have I seen such a low employee retention rate. Can't expect much from a business when their executives are only there for the FQHC cash grab strategy.

This used to be a good dr office. But the good doctors left. The lady at the front desk is very rude. The doctors just refer you to other doctors. They really don't care about you. If its state funded then the state needs a better director and get better doctors. I've gotten better help at the veterans affair and thats sad.
