I have been working for cascade for almost 6 months and have nothing but great things to say. There is never of shortage of hours and in my opinion I do think they have some of the nicer facilities. Even though they dont have an app I do appreciate talking to Sara and Zach as it helps to build that work relationship. Lol I have never even met them in person but I feel like if I call they definitely do a great job matching me with facilities I love working at. I work for multiple agencies and cascade has definitely become my favorite. If youre thinking of doing agency definitely join the team

I worked for Cascade for about 2 years. The staff is great! The locations are decent and the pay is good. They worked well with my school schedule. I started as a CNA then LPN and now RN. I have been with them throughout my nursing journey. I didnt get cancelled much and there are always opportunities to work. Wish they had an app to pick up shifts but honestly thats the only con. If your thinking about working for Cascade I would say do it! Ive had a very good experience with them!

Cascade is a wonderful agency to work for, they rarely cancel & always have shifts to fit your schedule, pay is good and staffing (Chris & Sara) are very helpful and try to do their best at giving you shifts that are convenient for you! The only issue I have with cascade is that if you call in they make it seem like its the end of the world no matter your reason. I rarely call in but when I do its for health issues. My health comes before anything, if Im not feeling well, I cant do my job well either. Its not fair to me or the residents

Best company to work for by far!! If you are looking to join Agency this is the one to pick! Best job I've ever had! I love the fact that I can pick my schedule work when I want and weekly pay can't get any better. The staff at cascade are awesome as well and that makes this job that much better!!

Agency is by far the best decision Ive made as far as career wise. This allows me to make my schedule have flexible hours and spend the most time with my family which is my top priority. I am never without sufficient work unless I choose not to work so this is very stable income. I love the agents they work with you well and fun. Payroll is amazing. Ive worked here for over a year now with no problems or concerns. Great company

I am a nurse, and have worked "exclusively" for Cascade since 2014 and have recommended it to many of my coworkers, CNAs, CMAs as well as Nurses. I have always been able to pick up as many hours as I've wanted to work. Great flexibility on shifts , staffers really try to schedule you in facilities that you like. Thumbs up from me!
