New to yoga? This is a great place to start! This class is perfect for those who have never done yoga before or for those looking to focus on technique and basics. This is a HOT class. This class is appropriate for all levels, if you are new to yoga it is recommended you take at least one beginner class.
Our HOT YOGA classes are at 85-90 degrees and available to students 18 and over. There are pre-defined mat placements. Your own mat and props are encouraged. Mats and props are also available for purchase. We strongly recommend you register in advance, class size is limited. Cancellation and no-show policies will be strictly enforced.

In the winter of 2017 Sean and Sarah were driving through the village of Greenwood Lake on our way to dinner and Sarah said out loud, "I'd love to quit my job and open up a yoga studio in a cute little storefront like this." No sooner did she manifest our little studio, we discovered a cute little storefront that was for rent.

Greenwood Lake Yoga has teamed up with the awesome folks at Jersey Paddleboards to offer Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga on Greenwood Lake. All classes will meet and launch from the sand beach at Jersey Paddleboards. Sarah is a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and certified prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher.
