Horrible experience. We were switched from one doc to another. One location to another. They would charge us for eye exam out of pocket without notifying us. Every time I call they have a different amount. They just want your money without notifying you the actual cost of products and services. Doc dont talk to each other. Locations staff dont coordinate with each other. 2 months later my son still didnt have the right contacts. I had to cancel everything. Front desk staff is the rudest at Hamilton location. Fortunately one person at Saratoga location helped me out. Rest everyone is just
