The Paskett Family has deep roots in Lodi wine country. We have been tending to our small vineyards for more than half a century, and making wonderful wines along the way. Excellent wines start in the vineyard and are borne from decades of commitment to excellent farming and a passion for fine wines.
For the past 50 years, several generations of Paskett winemakers and our community of friends and fellow wine enthusiasts practiced our vinification skills at our family's vineyard in west Lodi. Today, our estate vineyards are located on different blocks in Mokelumne River sub AVA in Lodi. All small fields were carefully chosen for their rich sandy loam soil and close proximity to the beautiful river that defines our wine grape region.

The winery is owned by Lorraine Paskett, who was raised in Lodi on the Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard that is the centerpiece of the winery. Lorraine's dad, Herb Paskett, provides strategic advice for farming, winemaking and varietal selection. He has been farming their vineyards and other crops for 50 years.

Paskett Vineyards & Winery is dedicated to producing premium, specialized wines from our estate vineyards in Lodi. We grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Cabernet Franc and Charbono. Each year, we also carefully select small vineyards in Lodi that produce exceptional fruit and incorporate these single vineyard offerings into our wine program, including Barbera, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Verdelho, Viognier, and Chenin Blanc.

2018 Cabernet Franc: (new French oak barrels) *NEW* This is the first year that we vinted a Cabernet Franc and the first year we added this Bordeaux-born varietal to our "Merveillueux" Bordeaux-style red blend. Smooth, rich, dark berry flavors. Fruit from Tom Hoffman's Cabernet Franc small vineyard block in Mokelumne River AVA.
