I took my elderly parents in for pedicures and the two ladies were so sweet and gentle with them. Then, I went in another day and a man helped me. He kept trying and trying to sell me more services and was so rough with me that he hurt me! My nails are sloppy and look terrible. I won’t be back!

Luxury Nails out on Chenal will never ever get my business again. I placed my name on the sign in sheet and 3 others walked in behind me to receive the same service (pedicure). They walk in, the manager ask them what service they want, then tells them to have a seat at a chair. I was told to have a seat in the little waiting area. Now mind… you they didn’t have appointments either. I sat there for 20 minutes and never was approached again. So I get up and stand there for 5 minutes before someone ask me again can they help me. I very politely tell my problem and she that little

Very professional & welcoming. I took my mom here for her first pedicure ever and they were so kind to her, she has always been embarrassed by her feet but they made her feel so comfortable. They took their time and were very detailed. Kay & Amy were great! Amy did my nails & did an amazing job ❤️

I love Luxury Nail Spa; however, I encountered my first dissatisfying experience. I came in and waited to be seen. I was told to be seated and 2 people who came after me, was provided service. I got up and left. I will try them one more time,; however, I was sadly disappointed today.
