I had an appointment at 12pm for pedi/dip. I was here for a little over 4 hours. The pedicure lady cut my toe and I bled a little. The guy who did my nails was clearly a beginner. I asked for almond shape and he gave my round. I am from Texas and wanted to treat myself while on vacation. I researched this nail salon and saw that they did really nice nail art, when I showed them my design they said they could do it. When the guy was done another lady (the owner) came over to do my design. She spoke nice to me in English but was cussing me out in Vietnamese in front of my face. I know this because

I always enjoy coming here to relax and unwind. The service is always excellent. The salon is styled beautifully. They have a nice luxury aesthetic. If your getting a pedicure I would ask for the nail tech B she is amazing! Great conversation, professional, and wonderful customer service.

For a weekend it was super busy, and we arrived having made a reservation for a pedicure. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though they seemed short staffed at the time. (Though that isn't their fault) They were really great at letting those who entered know of the time wait, and most everyone stayed around for the wait. The pedicures were really great and I would highly recommend going to have one. After a bad experience at another nail salon, I was so nervous trying to come here to see as if I had just finished fixing my nails. I made the best decision when it comes to scheduling these people! Great service and my nails are beautifully polished and shaped. I have a deposit. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and talkative but will also respect you if you need some peace and quiet. Very quick but my visit was not short-lived.
