Too bad I can't give him a -0 rating. Otherwise I would! I have been seeing Jacob Rispler since 1979 on and off for my fungus infection that doesn't go away. the last visit was at 8/03/07. After waiting for whole hour they send in a 20 year old assistant to help me. After telling the guy that I'm here to see Dr. Rispler he came in for one second with a very bad attitude and told me my fungus was very severe compering to other people and he give me some cream and than he walked out. I asked the guy if he is coming back ? he said, no.. I was so furious with him. I should have reported him to the

Waste of time , didnt see the doctor after I was told I would be a good candidate for the laser treatment. The doctors assistant basically told me that he couldnt help and that I should see a certified dermatologist. From my understanding that was the point in my appointment (to see a certified dermatologist) . The fact that the doctor didnt even have the decency to talk to me but rather have his assistant come in ask me if I have insurance and that I should go somewhere else was a complete was of my time. I dont recommend any people of color to waste their time coming to this place

Please do not come here. I came for a service for when i used to have acne and also had lasers done. To start with the lasers didnt do a single difference for me. He also gave me creams that were so harsh on my face that my skin would constantly be peeling and red. I didnt know these treatments where bad until i decided to go to a professional who told me these creams where damaging my skin rather than helping. Not only was he unprofessional he charged me a wooping 5,000 for it. This guy shouldn't have a business open. I tried looking for there location where I had the service on google but

Under the new name of LDI. Why would they change the name???? To regroup, and maybe hide numerous bad reviews. EXACTLY!! Save your money and go to a board certified plastic surgeon when planning to do anything to your face...including lasers!!!!!!! Doctor (Haha) Rispler is NOT a plastic surgeon! I don't know how they're still in business, oh yes, they just change the name, every website has such bad reviews....EXCEPT their actual website. When he left a scar on my face, he scrambled for months trying to fix what he did, but he couldn't! Do yourself a favor, and stay away

With Dr. Rispler you can never go wrong with him. He has been my Dermatologist for over a year now and his expertise on the field was already unmatched and recognized by all. His Laser treatment was one of the best that I have tried and it is guaranteed safe.
