Still Lake Yoga Center is a virtual yoga studio based in Clermont, Florida. We offer a variety of traditional yoga classes with a premium experience, as well as specializing in Vibrational Healing Sound Baths by Master Fabiola. Additionally, we offer Yoga Nidra, workshops on Chakras, Pranayama, and Healing Elements, with emphasis on breathing techniques and meditation.

The "Gentle Yoga" class is particularly well suited to beginning students, seniors, and those with various physical limitations, but any student desiring a restorative practice is welcome!

New Students

First you will want to choose a class to attend. Visit the Classes page to view the schedule and get class descriptions. First time students will have a great experience in either the "Yoga for All" or "Gentle Yoga" classes. All of our classes are taught on Zoom.us, so make sure you have access to that platform.
