The Crab Trap was established in 1967 when Jack Wallace purchased what was then known as Maenner's Cafe. At the time, Maenner's menu included tap beer and sandwiches and was served to local Somers Point residents. Today, the menu is much more extensive and they have become a favorite of many folks from far and wide.
