Apartments for change is a slogan that embodies two philosophies. First, providing affordable leases for our residents and affordable service and maintenance to our owner clients for "pocket change", a common phrase to describe affordable. Second, "social change" by helping our communities relate to housing in a new light.

We maintain a large roster of affordable rental properties in a variety of convenient locations. We strive to acquire rentals in safe and quiet neighborhoods to ensure the comfort of our tenants.

Our services include; marketing, maintenance, decorating, construction, emergency service, preventative maintenance, tenant screening, record-keeping, collections, month and year end reports and so much more.
