7 Steps to a Successful Move-In

Per person this is not refundable as it is used to cover the cost of your background, criminal and credit check. A Property Manager will verify documents, run and review background checks, and contact the owner with the information. You will receive a call from our office within 48 hours. If you have not been contacted after 48 hours please call our office between 9am and 5pm, Monday - Friday and inquire about the status of your application.
