Abby's Health & Nutrition

Established in 1997, Abby's Health & Nutrition was founded by late community philanthropist, Abby Sayler. Abby was knowledgeable in whole body health and the intricacies of how the body works and what it needs to function at the optimal level.

Her vision was to create a place where the community could come together to receive advice (and hope) on health and nutrition topics, have access to supplements and vitamins, and choose from a variety of healthy food options.Abby's Health & Nutrition is more than your neighborhood health food store.

Abby's opened in 1997 with a mission to offer "better health through education." Abby's started with three employees and now has over fifty employees. We continue to grow in popularity by offering free educational seminars and classes, as well as free nutritional consultations. Our mantra is to support local independent farmers, co-ops and other community health organizations.

Our Ordering Policies and Procedures are described below. If all of your questions are not answered here, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. If you order on the weekend, it will not be sent out until the following week.

Abby's Health & Nutrition is more than just your local health food store. In fact, our mission is to bring you better health through education, which is why we are happy to offer free nutritional consultations. Our team consists of an in-house certified nutritional consultant whose experience and research extends for almost twenty years.
