I emailed their office more than two weeks ago. Not one reply. Not by phone and not one email. That's an uneasy for me. However, this doctor has good reviews, I question staff and or etc.

My experience with Dr. David Bray was excellent! I consulted with three different plastic surgeons in my area who offered competitive pricing for the same procedures that I was interested in. I chose Dr. Bray because he discussed the pros and cons of every procedure, I was interested in getting. I was like a kid in a candy store and wanted to get everything done at ONCE. I visited different doctors before making a decision. Dr. Bray Jr. was on the quiet side, good listener, and I never felt he was trying to sell me anything. I felt heard, understood, and respected in my initial visit. His compassion is what made me decide to go with him and I am so happy I did. I called just to get info and the woman ( Rose ) was laughing, at a simple question. very unprofessional. If someone is inquiring about something it's because information is needed. There's no need to be condescending. I will be taking my business else wear. Even if it's more expensive. If that's how new patients are treated I want no part in it.

Our experience with Dr. David Bray was fantastic! My 15-year-old daughter consulted with several surgeons for her rhinoplasty before deciding on Dr. Bray. Our decision was based on his knowledge and detailed consultation regarding her procedure, and we felt reassured with his expertise. From scheduling the surgery to follow up, the staff at Dr. Bray's office was very professional. As a mother, I was more nervous than my daughter, but the procedure went smoothly. Doctor Bray took and then rescheduled an appointment with me. He had all my medical information from Optum, where I got my referral. It was only after I came in to the rescheduled appointment that Dr. Bray said he did not treat the kind of lesion I have. That I would have to go back to Optum to seek any treatment.
Evidently Dr. Bray doesn't believe in doing any homework. I would recommend finding a Plastics guy that will at least look at your problem when you show up.
