Hello, I am a Hispanic woman who followed this doctor for quite some time I had my nose surgery done over a year ago. I would strongly recommend that minority patients , Hispanic or black patients do not go to this doctor. Although he post pictures of doing surgeries on people who have thicker skin it is my strong belief that he only posts selective pictures. As a minority patient this doctor charged me over $22,000 my nose is is extremely uneven which this was not the case initially. The coordinator that was assigned to me is horrible and she has a poor attitude and it's not effective with answering

I made an appointment for consultation. They gave me an appointment for mor than a year later and I had to pay 500$ for that. I paid 500 $ and waited for more than a year! When I went there doctor didnt spend even 10 minutes for taking to me! And left the room while I was still talking!! He was so in rush that Some of my important questions remained without answers! Called and emailed to get medical records from Dr. Ghavami for the last month. In the state of California, the doctor has 15 days to provide records without legal fault. The manager (chamy) said according to hippa the office has 30 days to get the records back to the patient. Which is not true considering that is not in agreement with California state law. Easy to assume this office has zero clue what they're doing. Also, the receptionist said the office has been busy due to covid and thats why the records haven't been delivered, but that doesn't mean the office is allowed to break the law. I'm

After looking at the reviews I was skeptical of having my procedure done with this doctor. The receptionist Lee was very rude over the phone. She gave me attitude back when I asked for simple questions regarding prices of the procedure. If Im going to pay 750 for a consultation then I deserve to have my questions answered when I call in to even provide my card number. I will not be moving forward and if you guys are going to ask for such a high consultation price then you should be polite to future patients calling in.
