What should I expect during my first massage session?
You'll complete a confidential intake form, discuss treatment goals, and receive a customized massage focusing on your specific needs while ensuring comfort and privacy throughout the session.
Do you accept insurance for massage therapy?
We accept PIP and L&I insurance with proper documentation. For other insurance plans, we provide receipts for reimbursement. Relaxation massage is not covered by insurance.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, credit cards (with a $10 fee), and gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service unless billing through approved insurance claims.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Without prior notice, we may charge for the scheduled session time at our discretion.
