We have since expanded and have grown into a full Boutique Fitness Studio offering a premier experience in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and other mixed fitness modalities such as HIIT, Reformer + TRX, Reformer + Bosu, and Aerial Silks.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP * Membership requires a 2 consecutive month commitment. First month is prorated at start date for the end of the month, second month's payment starts on the first day of the month. After the first 2 months, memberships continue with a month-to-month commitment. Please give at least 2 business days before the end of the month to cancel your membership.
Private Sessions + Groups

Receive added guidance with one-on-one instruction from our highly skilled Yoga, Meditation, Barre, Fitness, and Pilates instructors. Private Sessions are ' la carte.' You can choose to book Pilates Reformer only privates or mix in other private sessions under the same package for private instruction in: Yoga, TRX, Bosu, Fitness, Mat Pilates, Meditation, Sound Bowl Healing, and Aerial Silks.
