Our highly skilled team provides home care services in Pierce, Polk, Dunn, St. Croix, Barron, Chippewa & Eau Claire County. Serenity Care Agency worked with a few of my members, one in particular that is difficult to work with.
They are very good at being up front with the members (that need it) what they are there to do, how their working relationship will be and keeping IDT informed and updated of any concerns. They work efficient, works well with difficult members and takes their job of caring for others serious. We need more providers like the Serenity Care team!
