A big mistake people make after a vehicle or work related accident is having what is called a delay in treatment. A delay in treatment is failing to see a physician as soon as possible. It is a misconception to think soreness and stiffness is minor and you'll be back to normal in no time. Feeling sore and stiff after an accident means you could have soft tissue damage.
