You'll be greeted at the front desk. Naturally, there's some simple paperwork to complete that provides the essential information we'll need to help you. If you'll be using your insurance, we will need a copy of your insurance card as well as your photo ID.
Then you'll meet Dr. Matt, he will talk to you about your health history, the symptoms you've been experiencing and exactly where it hurts, when it began, what makes it worse and what makes it better.His goal is to determine if you're a good candidate for chiropractic care. He'll determine which X-rays are needed and take them at our on-site facility.
