Man Rob was a blessing come true, I have been in the job market for roughly 6 months Ive had luck with some recruiters majority of them not so much. Rob literally made me his priority he set up a few interviews for me so we wouldnt have all our eggs in a basket. He landed me a temp to hire position with an amazing company. ROCS Grad Staffing is a great agency to work with for whoever is looking to move to the next level in their career search. I haven't heard about them until I started working with them. And to be honest I was skeptical at the very beginning until I got a contract through them in one wonderful company with great work culture and environment. Another great thing about ROCS is that they follow-up more often to check on you since we all know that changes always in one way or another affects us, and they always there to clarify your concerns if you do have some. My experience with ROCS was great. My recruiter Jason Brown went above and beyond for me. The interviewing process can be pretty stressful for me but working with Jason helped relieve some of that anxiety. Hes a true professional. You can tell that he actually cares and wants you to be happy in your new career. I highly recommend ROCS, especially Jason if you can get him.
