At Laurelwood Apartments, we love pets and if you are looking for a pet friendly community, we are the right place for you! Our community allows a maximum of TWO animals per apartment. We also require a pet fee. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable), the pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable).

We really liked living here for a while (previous comment is from a contest to win a gift card for giving the apartment a 5 star review), however when the apartment building became infested with roaches and "when all options were done," the apartment told us that this is how we had to live here. I would not recommend living here because when there is an issue they cannot solve they do not check in with you, do not communicate with you, and make it difficult to contact upper management to plead your case. Also, when you have a health concern such as roaches, they decide that collecting a full rent

Can not wait to call this place home as soon as the apartment we want becomes available. I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time i have called or come by for a show of the apartment. They have the sweetest and most helpful staff i have ever dealt with. Thank you for being so kind, helpful and always responding to my questions in a timely manner. I’ve lived in Laurelwood apartments for about two years now and I do not have anything negative to say. Their maintenance staff usually responds to issues in a reasonable time and always available even during after hour issues. The apartment management team will not fix an issue when it is too difficult and have the tenant just live with it. There are many apartments with roaches and the management does not care. I would not live here.

I love my apartment. The view out my windows is beautiful and relaxing. Office staff are kind and considerate. (My little fur baby is happy here also.)
The maintenance staff have been especially good in helping me keep my apartment nice and functioning appropriately.
Have been here for three years and am quite comfortable here.
