1 star because noone ever responded to me! I made an appointment the night before (i know, last minute) but i called before we left to our appt just to confirm no answer but i left a message to let them know i was on my way. Got there, the office was closed!!! I was there during business hours and there wasnt a notice or anything posted. I called again twice while i was there and left another voicemail. Still no response days later. Ridiculous!

I emailed the office on a Sunday night about a problem with my fridge and someone was at my door to fix it within minutes thats 5 star service. Besides that the complex is always clean, the inside of the buildings are nice with tile floors. And agree with the reviews below without having to repeat. No complaints here.

I've lived here for just a year now. I decided on renewing my lease recently because I've been really happy with the building I am in. The property managers are always very helpful. Maintenance as well. Anytime I have a problem , it is fixed in a very timely manor. The town houses are beautiful. Not too big, not too small. The area around it (not oak ridge property) isn't the best but oak ridge keeps all buildings clean & well kept. I'm close, even in walking distance, from most of everything.. Wal-Mart , save a lot , publix , fast foods , also other restaurants , beaches , banks & of course the
