WARNING: Do NOT rent here for your own SANITY and HEALTH. The biggest problem here are the ROACHES and the LACK OF MAINTENANCE. The walls are old and everything needs to be FIXED. If you call, the maintenance men do a sloppy job and they LIE to tenants about issues. The ROACHES are so unbearable that they find their way into the REFRIGERATOR. THERE IS NO PLACE THAT IS SAFE to put your FOOD. There's MOLD all over the place and I'm skeptical it has caused many people HEALTH ISSUES since moving in. If you can, PLEASE FIND SOME PLACE ELSE. I wish somebody would have warned us before moving here. All

I absolutely love living here! Maintenance is great my things always get fixed in a timely manner, witch is nice because a year ago that was not the case. Love the office staff as well they are always polite.
