If I could give this place no stars I would. After wanting to move out due to having to call the police multiple times because of my neighbors and being scared for my life and foxglove not doing anything about it they ended up giving me less than half the amount I paid in security deposit way after the 45 days listed in lease with very vague answers as to the “charges” they took out. I was a very good tenant and did everything I could to make things right and they constantly were unhelpful.

We have lived in their apartments for almost 4 years. Every year there has been an increase in the rent. We initially were paying about $700 with our dog’s pet deposit and now they are increasing it for the 3rd or 4th time so we now are at $915. They sent this increase on October 27th and expect us to pay it as our November rent, even though they are required to give us a 30 day notice when there is an increase. They aren’t responsive when there are issues here at the apartment complex. They weren’t upfront about how the water bill was split amongst the entire building, even if we didn’t

This is absolutely the worst company to rent from, and I do not recommend this for anyone. Please stay away. You will have to fight to get your deposit back, even though you won’t be told yet what’s wrong. They will enter your apartment even if you tell them not to while you are not there. The prices are good but it is. it worth it. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give negative stars I would. The AC in the apartment my ex-husband rents, in which my young children stay with 50% of the time does not work. Foxglove has been nothing but a pain to deal with in trying to get it fixed; they essential refuse to fix it despite the fact that it creates a dangerous environment for children, especially when temps are high like they are today. From the weather service in regards to today’s temps, “the combination of hot temperatures and high humidity will lead to heat index values between 100-104 degrees. These elevated heat indices may cause heat illnesses

Worst apartment complex ever!!! I had a TV stand outside my door that someone BEFORE me left and they told me that I have to remove it because “I didn’t document it on my paper when I moved in”. I figured they would have had this documented themselves when someone moved out but not surprised. DO NOT rent from here. I have never left a review on something but this place is so bad that I just had to.

I lived at Ty Court for one year (and unfortunately ignored the past reviews), and I am glad I was able to leave when I did. There were numerous reports of break ins to apartments and cars, and lots of extremely sketchy behavior from people coming to the units. I am horrified by Foxglove’s response to this. Being apart of a neighborhood group page, 15+ people told stories of trying to contact the company (and RPD) about the illegal activity and Foxglove laughed about it and shut people down. All they care about is making a quick buck and stealing your deposit and giving unnecessary charges to

SAVE YOURSELF AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
I rented here for over a year at South Pointe. The apartment was poorly built and you could hear every noise from the neighbors. The biggest problem was with the folks working with this management company. They are unprofessional, uneducated on their own policy and state laws, but willing to charge you extra money at the drop of a hat. First they changed the statutes of my lease without giving me notice and having me sign off on their "new pet policy". When I sat in their office for over an hour questioning about the legality of this, their workers were rude

SAVE YOURSELF AND DO NOT LEASE HERE!!
I have lived here in their Ty Lane apartments for a little over a year now and I can honestly say that I've never dealt with more frustrating and difficult people before. The smallest tasks possible become the biggest headaches, their management office is very unprofessional and extremely hard to talk too. There has been 3 or 4 occasions were we have talked on the phone with them multiple times and when we come in person to sign documents or anything, we are told that the information was wrong and that we have to do something completely different. The most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Every month we are charged overages for things they can’t adequately justify. Anytime we call, they make excuses as to why they can’t explain what is going on. They always say, “well everyone working here in new.” They are also very rude and become impatient when we ask valid questions as to what they are doing with our money.
My husband and I originally decided to live here because of their cheap prices so we could save money towards our student loans; however, we are now losing money, because they like to take advantage of their
