We have completed projects in Titusville, Cocoa, Rockledge, Melbourne, Satellite Beach, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne Beach, Merritt Island, Port Canaveral, Brevard County, Indian River County, New Smyrna, and Deland.
Gene Loyd started the business in 1980 building residential homes from the ground up. At that time, "Gene Loyd Contracting" self-performed most of the disciplines in the construction process. Gene would subcontract electrical, plumbing and HVAC work but the balance of the work would be completed with his hands and oversight.
