You will be working with the actual Florida building contractor license holder, not a "builder's rep". This makes a world of difference. You will talk to the owner of the company that has actually been building homes for over 30 years, not someone who has worked for the company for a few months. Many times, larger Home Builders may have a license holder in the State of Florida but the parent company is actually based in another state entirely.
