Joe Houlihan started his Real Estate career in 1984 as an appraiser, running Houlihan & O'Malley's 'Residential' appraisal division. He interacted with Realtors on a regular basis and felt a natural attraction to real estate sales. In 1998, Joe founded the Residential Sales Group at Houlihan & O'Malley with the dream of creating a boutique real estate office in Bronxville.

Nanette Giordano joined Houlihan & O'Malley Real Estate in 2002. She is a five-time recipient of the Silver Sales Award from the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors (formerly the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors). Nanette is a lifelong resident of Eastchester who possesses an extensive knowledge of the town's real estate market and school system.

Jo Ann's most admirable traits of directly facing challenges and resolving issues are a result of a 23-year career as the Assistant to the President of one of the largest distribution companies in NYC. Being intimately involved with vendors, fellow employees, customers, as well as state and city government offices throughout her career has sharpened her problem-solving techniques and wants to put that to work for you in finding that perfect home.

Hadee Morgan is a newly licensed real estate salesperson and has recently joined the Houlihan & O'Malley Residential Sales Group right here in Bronxville. Hadee chose Houlihan & O'Malley because of its many decades of experience in the Westchester Real Estate market. Hadee felt a connection to Houlihan & O'Malley because of its boutique approach to deliver highly personalized service to its clients.

Liz O'Neill was a business professional for many years before starting her career in real estate. She became a licensed real estate salesperson in 2006 and has been with Houlihan & O'Malley since that time.
