Trident Rentals is a family owned, full service property management company proudly offering rentals in Shelter Cove, Palmetto Dunes Resort and other locations on Hilton Head Island. Cecile O'Neill Eck, General Manager and Broker in Charge, is a native of Charleston and the former owner of Charleston Resort Properties with two locations managing over 80 homes and villas in Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Kiawah and Seabrook.

You will receive a text one day prior to arrival with directions to our office and pass retrieval code. Palmetto Dunes recently changed their policy such that guests are no longer allowed to pick up vehicle passes at their office. Therefore, you will need to stop by our office (1B Shelter Cove Lane) to retrieve your pass(es) before entering the resort.

Having our home base within minutes of our properties insures our guests the best possible service, fast check- in and convenient access to our staff.
