I aided my tenant with car shopping we found what seemed to be a wonderful deal at Steve Chapman Motors. However after money was put down and an application was filed Chapman's manager called the next day to inform my tenant that there was an error and that the amount what's for a different car than we test drove and the price would have doubled with payments of $500 for financing. While Chapman refunded the down payment it was very unethical and unprofessional to breach a legal verbal contract where money was put down. I will not recommend this organization to anyone looking to buy a used car

I had been working with Jessica for over a week. She did everything she could to help me get my vehicle. We had several hurdles trying to get the vehicle my family and I needed at the price that I needed. After several unsuccessful attempts we were finally able to get the vehicle we needed. This was thanks to Mr. Steve Chapman stepping in and working with me to get me to the price we needed. Thank you very much Jessica and Mr. Chapman for ALL your help. Great customer service and family oriented!!!!
