This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Mac Haik's Southway Ford and I would not go anywhere else to buy a Ford! I previously purchased through Red McCombs and had mixed experiences, but I have had nothing but great customer service from Southway Ford. My salesperson was Jose Ortiz and let me tell you, he is a consummate professional! He worked with me for months to get the new Raptor I was looking to purchase. He made sure to keep me up-to-date on this elusive vehicle inventory due to all the COVID shortages. If it wasn't for him texting me immediately when the truck arrived I would not have

Will never buy a used car from them again. Terrible terrible customer services. Currently, no one has reached out to tell us if our parts are in or not. So I reached out to the man that sold us the car turns out he was let go. No one even told us, someone should have called us and stated that though he is no longer with us __(Name)______ would be taking care of you. Like what is wrong with service nowadays does not anyone care anymore. So we called to speak to the manager he is out and hopefully we get our problems resolved soon because this place is a joke. From first contact on the phone all the way to when I drove off the lot was honestly the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My sales team didnt mind me asking all my questions and walking back and forth. I was not rushed and I was allowed to think out loud and they were ready with an answer to all my questions! My Trade in was honestly valued more than fair, and my EcoSport was priced extremely fair. I was valued and appreciated. Life is difficult enough but buying a vehicle shouldnt be. We all work hard for our money and Mac Haik Southway Ford realizes that!!

Recently purchased a new car at Southway Ford. My sales rep was Jose Amaro. From the start it was a very easy experience. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a good price for a car I have long wanted to buy. I had done my research, but he answered every question in full. I wasn't there forever and everyone I talked to in the car buying process was very accommodating! A great experience for sure. I would definitely buy another car down the road based on my time there. Jose and the Southway Ford team really knows what they are doing and it shows. Thank you again for making my car
