Rental Application

All units are subject to availability and HOAG does not guarantee that any unit will be available upon submission of a rental application and its processing. All approved applications are good for 60 days for any rental unit within your approved rental limit. The application process takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Tenant Move-In Instructions

Once you have been approved you will be told the amount required to move in. Cashier checks or money orders only will be accepted for payment of the first month's rent and security deposit. NO PERSONAL CHECKS, CREDIT/DEBITS CARDS OR CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR A MOVE IN DEPOSIT. Checks or money orders must be payable to: "Hoag Property Management, Inc." Please indicate your new property address on your payment.
Tenant Move-Out & Vacate

A 30-Day Notice (Form F74) to move out must be in writing and is not in effect until the notice is received by HOAG. Verbal communication with Resident Managers, Property Supervisors, or other employees does not constitute a legal notice. After completion, return the notice to your Resident Manager or fax to (562) 862-1723, or return to the main office located at 10551 Paramount Blvd., Downey, CA.
Renters Insurance

When establishing your tenancy at one of our communities we strongly recommend that all tenants obtain renter's insurance. A tenant's personal belongings are not insured by the landlord. Renters insurance doesn't just help provide coverage for the everyday necessities like furniture and clothing. It could also help protect theft-phone valuables like your laptops and bikes wherever your take them.
