I brought a 2019 Onward with the Kohler motor there new. Ever since then, the cart has been unreliable. The cart will run for a few few weeks, then the trouble returns. The engine will start, then idle, but will not move. The engine will sometimes back fire and you can always smell gas when it does. Cart World has taken this cart for repair at least four times. Once they took it for a week, then called me and asked what was wrong. If you need a loaner cart, too bad. They always seem to be out of loaners. This time, I did get a loaner, but it doesn't have the capability to carry golf clubs! Passenger

I stopped by on Tuesday to see if they might have a part for my golfcart. I haven't been by there in a while and did not even recognize the place. What a beautiful showroom! The staff is so helpful and I'm sorry I didn't get the girl's name at the parts department because she was awesome! Thank you for all your help with the parts that I needed. I will certainly be going back should I need anything else for my cart. It is so nice to be greeted and helped the way she did. She is a great asset to your business. Thank you again!!
