Studio B Dance has been dedicated to dance education since 1939, providing exceptional training for students of all levels. Founded by Ms. Debra's Aunt B, the studio expanded through three generations before establishing its permanent home in Germantown, TN in 1990. Our approach emphasizes personalized instruction, with classes organized by both age and skill level to ensure appropriate placement for every student. We maintain four specialized studios with professional flooring systems and offer diverse dance disciplines including ballet, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop.Our faculty comprises experienced instructors with extensive industry backgrounds, and we provide opportunities for students to participate in conventions and competitive dance companies. The studio actively supports community initiatives, annually selecting a charity partner while maintaining a commitment to dance excellence and accessibility.

Our daughter has grown up at Studio B and spent countless hours there with Debra Powell and the AWESOME instructors. At the age of 13, she is in her 10th year of dance and there is no where else she would rather spend her afternoons than in that studio. Deb and the staff have always done more than just choreograph and teach technique. They love your children. They genuinely care for your children.
They guide and instruct them with lessons that stick with your children even when they walk off that dance floor. I will always be grateful for this place, the friendships we have made and everyone there

We love Studio B and I wouldnt want to be anywhere else! My girls are 7 & 8. One does ballet and tap and the other does hip-hop. They both have great instructors and enjoy going every week!
