Key West fishing guide, Captain Mike Weinhofer is originally from Flemington, New Jersey. He ran fishing charters for 18 years with his father John E Weinhofer out of Brielle, New Jersey. Captain Mike fished the original Jack Tar in tournaments from Cape May White Marlin Open to top Maryland and North Carolina tournaments.

If you cancel 14 days prior to the trip you will receive a full refund. If the trip is canceled by the captain(weather, mechanical, sickness) you will again receive your money back. Tipping is not mandatory but it is appreciated. A normal tip is just like wait staff in a restaurant 15 - 20 % of the trip cost based of course on your service.

An Offshore fishing experience, also referred to as Deep Sea fishing, out of Key West, Florida is like nowhere else in the world. The reef line is only 6 miles south of Key West and the Gulf Stream can be just past that during the winter months which make it great for catching trophy size sailfish, wahoo, tuna and more.
