From beginning to end, the patience Eric and the Summit Mortgage team displayed to us novice buyers was exceptional. We were referred to Eric and Summit Financial by our financial adviser. We had a fairly complex situation in which we wanted to buy before we sold and Eric was able to give us great guidance and also make it happen. He was always available to answer our questions about our best course of action and about the process. Working with Eric was nothing like working with a bank. You always knew that Eric was working in your best interest, not trying to shoehorn you into the narrow parameters specified by some big institution. We highly recommend him.
